1. PURPOSE
These terms of use govern the use of the Voca mobile application (hereinafter "the application"), published by OVERRIDE SAS. By using the application, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Voca is a voice dictation application that allows you to:
Dictate and transcribe speech to text
Format transcriptions
Import audio files for transcription
Copy and share transcriptions
3. ACCESS TO THE SERVICE
Using the application requires a compatible Apple device (iPhone or iPad). Some features require an internet connection. Access to the application's features requires an active subscription or an ongoing trial period.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PRICING
The application offers in-app subscriptions via the Apple App Store:
Weekly subscription
Monthly subscription
Annual subscription
Each subscription includes a quota of transcription minutes. Some subscriptions may include a free trial period. Additional minutes can be purchased separately.
Prices are displayed in the application and may vary by country. All payments are managed by Apple via the App Store. Renewal, cancellation, free trial and refund conditions are governed by Apple's terms:

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple account settings.
5. TRANSCRIPTION QUOTA
Each subscription includes a limited number of transcription minutes per billing period. Apple's speech recognition, used for real-time display during recording, local mode transcription and as an alternative when the cloud service is unavailable, does not consume minutes from your quota. The quota resets weekly or monthly depending on your subscription. Unused minutes do not carry over.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
OVERRIDE SAS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the application, for your personal and non-commercial use, in accordance with these terms. This license does not confer any rights to the source code, design, trademarks or any other intellectual property element of the application. Your transcriptions belong to you.
7. LIABILITY
OVERRIDE SAS strives to provide a quality service but does not guarantee:
Uninterrupted availability of the service
Accuracy of transcriptions
Compatibility with all audio formats
The application is provided "as is". OVERRIDE SAS shall not be liable for indirect damages related to the use of the application. In any event, OVERRIDE SAS's total liability under these terms shall be limited to the amounts actually paid by the user during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
Use the application for illegal purposes
Record persons without their consent, in accordance with applicable law
Attempt to circumvent security measures or quotas
Overload or disrupt the service through automated or excessive requests
Resell, share or make access to the service available to third parties
Use the application to transcribe content that infringes on third-party rights
9. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
You may stop using the application and cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple account settings.
OVERRIDE SAS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application, without notice or compensation, in case of breach of these terms, including abusive use of the service or attempts to circumvent security measures.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
OVERRIDE SAS shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from a force majeure event, as defined by Article 1218 of the French Civil Code, including but not limited to third-party server failures, network interruptions or natural disasters.
11. MINIMUM AGE
The application is not intended for persons under 16 years of age. By using the application, you represent that you are at least 16 years old.
12. PERSONAL DATA
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, accessible from the application.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by French law. In accordance with consumer protection law, any dispute relating to these terms may be brought before the competent court of the user's place of residence.
14. CHANGES
OVERRIDE SAS reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of substantial changes through a notification in the application. Changes will take effect upon notification.
